My suspense novel, Liars’ Games, started its early life with a working title of Chameleon, but by the time it got published, it had evolved into something new and with that change came the new title. I published the book five years ago. It’s hard to believe it’s been that long. I wasn’t sure if the book would ever get a sequel, since I’ve been busy with my other series.

Liars’ Games has an unofficial sequel, in that its main characters, Steve and Claire, show up in the small troglodyte French village where my Outsiders series is set and they temporarily live there and are the mysterious parents of a kidnapped baby in Winter Tears.

But now, their real sequel is finally on the way. It will be The Secret Town, which I’m working on now. In just a few days, I will complete the first draft. This book is part suspense/thriller and part mystery. I can’t wait to get it finished and get the art work for the book cover.

Readers of the new book don’t have to read Liars’ Games or Winter Tears to understand the story of The Secret Town (but I hope you do, anyway). If you haven’t read them, you might want to get started now.

More details coming soon . . . I’m hoping to get the new book released in October of this year.
